Here are the latest updates from Kim Goguen, a woman with credible claim to having the highest security clearance on the planet and the highest level global banking system control (via control of the Global Repository Alpha system). Oh, along with serving on a new Earth Council (replacing the ancient Annunaki dominated World Council aka: C13) and being Earth humanity’s current representative on an inter-galactic council, for which she serves as “Ground Command.”
Tall claims, huh? Kim is kind of the inter-dimensional girl next door who, despite her way-out narrative and apparent job duties, is remarkably honest, down to Earth, compassionate, funny and…gorgeous. At minimum, Kim has be the best looking Ground Command in all cosmos. Let’s just say, from being eternally screwed by being stuck with Marduk and his Annunaki-Draco Omicron cosmic parasites and satanists clique – past many millennia – to having Kim in his former role, would certainly be one helluva Dark-to-Light upgrade. And, why not? If there’s going to be a Golden Age on Earth, it has to start sometime and there has to be good news along the way.

April 25th Update Highlights
The high-level Cabal and Deep State generals are desperately trying to connect to negative lower dimensional entities to bolster their failing efforts to secure their long dreamed of Hunger Games Prison Planet AI takeover slave society, those efforts repeatedly failing. Kim says, “Nobody is answering the phone. They lost the timeline wars.”
2030 Looking Glass doom-and-gloom predictions are based on old data that’s no longer relevant. Earth ascension progress is now running ahead of schedule.
“5D” transition processes until recently targeted for the 2030 timeframe have moved forward to the 2025-2026 period at present. It will become increasingly common to connect with higher-dimensional beings. “They look a little different, they talk a little different. They have not been as oppressed as we have.”
Cabal capos have been trying to open negative portals in Ukraine to “reconnect to their dark timeline, but it’s not working.” Kim reports recently seizing nearly $1 trillion in funds intended to turn the Ukraine-Russia conflict into large-scale war. Many Deep State projects now fizzling because “the generals” aren’t getting paid to create mayhem and Deep State black magicians have lost their powerful extra-dimensional allies.
The project to integrate the the Global Repository back-end with the international front-end banking system – needed for secure Restoration Plan project funding – is progressing. Kim predicts a massive exodus from Cabal projects when that happens, “When the funding comes, everybody’s going to jump ship. And, I mean, everybody.”
UNN is developing a new mini-series on the topic of, “How to become a full-fledged member of the multi-verse,” involving video and lesson sets on connecting to ETs and intelligent others on higher dimensional planes in a progressive manner.
The Cabal has been using ELF devices to lower planetary frequencies and as “reverse Royal Rife technology” to make people sick, “They’re very, very good when it comes to sending frequencies that relate to diseases.” A “proton blaster” off the coast of England that was making people sick was shut down. “That is no longer with us. Neither are the people that were working there.”
There were Cabal satanic ceremonies on the prior Sunday with fervent chanting “…trying to connect to the spirit of EnLil” [aka: Yahveh, Jehovah] and their waning timeline chances. “The planet is going through a cleansing of sorts. We may actually be ahead of schedule. The 2030 event – not on their side but our side of it – may take place in 2025.”

Of Global Restoration Plan project funding, “It’s just dependent on the remnants of the dark matter clearing out. We’ve cleared up a lot of stuff. We’re getting there. We were looking at the first of June, and now it’s moved up a bit. I’m just trying to keep everyone alive and keep moving forward. You know, money is not everything. And soon, you’re going to learn that when we get into manifesting.”

Want to quickly know if Kim Goguen or any controversial or radically novel personality or narrative is for real? Just run it through Google and scan the first page of returns. Assuming you have some familiarity with best-of-breed info about the topic in question, what you’re looking for is the inclusion or absence of such in the first page. Microsoft has been bummed its Bing search engine has remained a minor player – max 5% market share – despite its own impressive Deep State ties and the enormous prison planet contributions of Bill Gates. Of late, Microsoft’s strategy has been to relax Bing censorship in areas where Google censorship is aggressive, in hopes of gaining market share. DuckDuckGo is another alt search engine – 3-4% market share – with better privacy and censorship profiles than Google.
