Ding-Dong the Witch is Dead. Or, in this case, the planetary Dark Prince is dead. Kim Goguen reports that Marduk – Earth’s ancient Draco Annunaki hybrid “Dark Prince,”  known to the Egyptians also as Se’et, same Nibiruan Marduk of Sumerian fame – died in 2016, something it sounds as though she may have assisted with.

In this presentation, Kim goes over what she represents as the official organigram of ancient multi-dimensional planetary control – under the direction of Marduk and his Annunaki Draco kin EnLil (aka: Jehovah) and EnKi, the Cabal’s illuminati capstone layer Kim calls “The Trio of Death” – drawn on a sheet of paper 6 feet long and 3 feet wide. What’s amazing is how many layers have been above the human 3D control structures that many are now familiar with. This sophisticated multi-dimensional global control structure involved military organization and discipline as well as pervasive satanic practices. Understanding this hidden history goes a long way toward understanding why it’s always been inordinately difficult to swim against Earth Matrix and authoritarian pressures.

The theme of this presentation is the “Global Marshal Law Hierarchy Chart,” definitely a relevant topic as it becomes increasingly apparent that the COVID Great Reset is actually a full-on technocratic fascism planetary lockdown plan disguised as “sustainable, inclusive” blah, blah, blah. Fortunately, as Kim describes, Earth’s ancient Draco-Luciferean-Orion control Matrix is now crumbling fast, top down.

When I talked about this off-air, global martial law, and we’re not talking right now about anything we’ve seen in this century but something much more ancient: so maybe you guys can…inform the conversation of what is occurring now, the global martial law lockdown of planet Earth. Let’s just do the back history on this.

Kim –

When I first got this position I guess you would say I was approached by the people you know as as M [Marduk, Earth’s historic apex Draco “Dark Prince”] – which is not Marcos – and a couple of the other…people here that I described were at the top of the world. It had been within 30 days of me being in Russia, where I was notified of this purported position [being in charge of Earth’s planetary QMS, Quantum Mapping System, which underlies all global communication and computer networks, controls the Global Repository and back-end global banking system, and more] and they sent me this sheet of paper that’s probably about six feet long and maybe about three or four foot wide.

And, I was actually going to…show everybody on the video this plan. It’s called the Global Martial Law Plan. Now, Global Martial Law began on the planet Earth in 16,500 years ago. At the time there were between five to seven – it’s debatable – tribes on the planet Earth, and one of the tribes was at war with another tribe. And, in marched the Draco and the Draco basically convinced one of those tribes that they would give them advanced weaponry if they would agree to global martial law. And, under global martial law, the M [Marduk] became the dictator of the world. Because, under martial law, you know, the head general is the one over that country, so to speak. Or, in this case, the planet.

So, they got their advanced weaponry, they won the war, took control and he’s been in control ever since. So, he keeps revising the Global Martial Law Plan where you will have One World Order, and that world government will serve him. At the time, he’s dead. Under the Global Martial Law Plan, it required them to control basically every resource on the planet Earth. But, they definitely had a hierarchy and a structure and this is what I wanted to point out.

So, somewhere at the top of the sheet are the three gentlemen [Marduk, EnLil, EnKi] and he uses a Sun-Tsu wheel type design and I have posted this before. And, Thomas can pass it along to you. So, the three of them were at the top. So, the father and then some brothers that were at the top [Marduk, EnLil, EnKi aka: The Trio of Death]. Then you had 21 “Parents” [aka: the Manu of Theosophical fame] then you had the “Coven Leaders” and then each coven had one to two people that reported to its respective leader.

Then, you had a whole bunch of other groups which are predominantly…let’s call them 36 to 39 different groups each one hailing from a different location [ie: 36-39 Inner Earth Agarthan races, including humanoid, reptilian and saurian types, most of whom have lived on Earth since Atlantean times or before; these races were under control of the Trio of Death and the Coven Masters, then directly supervising 3D human Cabal albeit resenting their roles].

And then, after you get past all these groups then you start hitting “people” [ie: beings above this point are not human and not necessarily on our dimension]. So, then, the people are down here where you have your Dragon families, your Asian dynasties and and whatnot. But, the point I want to make is that there are several layers above – always was – before you get down to these people that call themselves the Rulers of the World. They’re far from being the rulers of the world.

They never ruled the other 36 to 39 groups that are here [pointing to the Inner Earth races]. They never even came close to having a direct conversation with the people at the top [the Parents and-or The Trio of Death]. The only reason why those people ever reached out to me is because their goal was to control me [having learned the Universal Council and planetary QMS system would now only recognize her as the principal of the Global Repository]. I didn’t know that at the time. I thought that they were working together with us. They said they had changed their ways and so on but, you know, then I sat in meetings with them every Saturday for three years and they used to laugh at the amount of lies that they could tell and everybody just believes them.

Yes, then you get down to the families [Venetian Black Nobility and the Committee of 300 network]. Then, several layers below the families you start getting to the governments. So, the people saying, “Oh, let’s fight the government, fight the government, fight the government.” All their instructions came from so far away from the government. The governments are just following along with the bouncing ball.

The unfortunate part about what’s happening now is the 39 groups [Inner Earth groups] are no longer cooperating with the Dragon families. Then, there’s nobody left up here. There might be one coven left, possibly two. Then, there’s no “Parents” left. And so, you’ve got sporadic stragglers up here at the top. But, they were never the brains of the operation. The brains of the operation always was I called “The Trio of Death” just because of all the things that they did. But, they were always the brain.

So, there’s no brain behind the Dragon families, therefore there’s no brains behind the Pindar. Therefore, there’s fragmented information that they received over the years and they’re trying to execute on a fragmented plan that somebody else wrote, which is why they don’t understand why none of their stuff is working anymore. Yeah, so these people that are purporting themselves to be the leaders of the world – which the governments are still listening to – have no sense of a plan whatsoever.

So, when we we found the loophole, meaning myself and a few other people found a loophole – and it was actually one of the the original tribes that signed the agreement [with Marduk, 16,000 years ago, as if any such should be a binding contract for all on Earth today] – and came to us and said, “Well we don’t agree with martial law anymore. We want a peace treaty.” And, I started thinking about it and I’m like, ‘Well, you know, that’s the loophole.’ So, we went to the Council [the “Universal Council”] – and there are Draco involved, but, there’s hundreds of thousands of species involved – and we petitioned for a peace treaty here on Earth.

Once that peace treaty was signed and agreed to and consented to by the Council, then we are now under a peace treaty, which means that anybody violating the peace treaty is subject to the Enforcement Unit [which Kim calls Life Force Enforcement] and that includes any of humanity not following along. So, that is the significance of Global Martial Law, where we had one dictator for the entire planet. Not the Dragon families. They were always sub, sub, sub levels down. But, that’s how we basically gave up planet Earth to a third party.
