Creating a Golden Age Foundation
Last month, veteran indy journalist, Benjamin Fulford, interviewed Kimberly Goguen – controller of the Global Repository system “and more” – saying his readers have insisted he talk to her. Ben, famous for his long-running Weekly Geo-Political News & Analysis reports had a productive discussion with Kim, she agreeing to help fund his “Future Planning Agency,” which dovetails well with Kim’s yet more ambitious Global Restoration Plan and Peoples Assembly projects.
“What you’re seeing is the ending of the dark timeline and the beginning of the light one. We have to look at military, intelligence, financial, media and the justice system [ie: replacing them with our own systems]. All militaries take orders from the Jesuits and the Black Pope and then, eventually, the SSPs, right? But, they’re broke. A broke military can’t do anything. A broke intelligence agency can’t do anything.”

Ben says his contacts in the intel agencies, Asian dragon families, British “royals” and certain other Usual Suspect networks have – speaking sincerely or not – agreed to assist his “Meritocratic Future Planning Agency” plan,
“Our purpose as a species is to increase the amount and variety of life. So, would you be willing to help us with this project? We want to bankrupt the US corporate government and replace it with a healthier, more competent new government that would include Canada and possibly, ultimately, Latin America. What do you think about that? Can you finance this project?”
Kim,
“A future planning agency? 150 percent. And, what we’ve done is ask each state in the United States to form their own council. And then, they, collectively, make the national council. So, it’s all of the people all of the time. The United Nations doesn’t have any charter, doesn’t have any sovereignty. Hasn’t for a couple of years now. They know it. They’ve been informed, but yet, they just keep doing what they’re doing. They don’t have the authorization to have a standing army, and they’re also broke. That’s because no buttons are being pushed on this end of it [ie: her control of the Global Repository and Hall of Records]. Not doing it.”
Ben,
“Well, it sounds like, after this show ends, I’ll try to figure out a way we can, you know, actually start fixing up this planet. But, right now, as far as I can tell, we have some house cleaning to do, right? I mean, who do we need to remove from power?”
Kim,
“We have Ground Command. We have Life Force Enforcement. In GIA, we’ve been doing a lot of work to make sure that the people who are not allowing the Restoration of planet Earth and humanity ‘disappear.’ The problem is, you have that mask-wearing thing in the White House. He’s taking orders from the Secret Space Force, which is dwindling – person by person by person – because, as they make the wrong decisions, against the restoration of the planet and humanity as a whole, they somehow disappear.
Ben,
“So, after the show ends, we’ll try to stay in touch about setting up a future planning agency, and I’ll try to get all these organizations who’ve agreed to big projects to make the planet a better place onboard. And, let’s work together, okay? And, you agree, right, that we want to have more plants, more animals, more babies…”

“And restore how nature actually works.”

“Okay, excellent, well thank you for taking the time to talk with me. I’ll have to have some time to digest what I’ve heard. This is new territory for me. But, thank you.”

The contract – the covenant – for the Khazarian Mafia, as you call them, to continue with their money printing machine – the Federal Reserve – is gone. They haven’t had access to that machine in a long time. Now, also, the Order of the Black Sun has spent a lot of money running operations under something known to them as the Program, and they don’t have access to that now, either.”
“By 2007 – I was not in this position, my predecessor was [Marduk] – he had acquired everything on Earth, past, present and future, including oil reserves. Everything had been leveraged. The Khazarian Mafia is so greedy, they gave everything into the back-side system in order to get pretty papers out. By March 2007, he cut them off completely, because there was nothing left to leverage. In his words, ‘Greedy little piglets.’ And, I agree with him.
Then, it didn’t take long for Lehman Brothers to show up, because the money-making machine was gone. And, they’ve been trying to get it back ever since. That’s why you have, ‘The Chinese Elders are going to do this and the Dragon families are going to do that.’ And, ‘Oh, the Vatican’s going to do this and everyone’s going to pay out on some RV, someday, every day.”

Understandable Ben’s readers would be bugging him to get air time with Kim Goguen, given her control the Global Repository – subject of the long-running Neil Keenan “M1” and World Trust dialogues – and, with that, ability to fund his long dreamed of “Future Planning Agency” global renaissance plan, not to mention Kim’s broader “Ground Command” role, which involves her in shutting down major Cabal operations around the world on an ongoing basis.
Not only does Kim appear to have Global Repository capabilities, but she has her own ambitious Global Restoration Plan and grassroots self-governance Peoples Assembly projects, which seem thoroughly compatible with Ben’s overall goals, topics discussed from 33 minutes on in the clip below.
Referring to her role “Ground Command” role, Kim says,
“We have other races living here. And, some of them have gone. Some of them were pretty negative. And, some of them are still here and just looking forward to rebuilding. Several years back, I launched the Restoration Plan, per request of the Universal Council, where I’m an ambassador on behalf of humanity.”
Kim says Earth humanity in its present version has been around 150,000 to 200,000 years. That corresponds with the approximate date for the Cro-Magnon to Homo Sapiens genetic engineering project as estimated by expert others. Kim mentions how the genetic dumbing down of humanity has been ongoing, recently including chem-trails, GMO foods and the COVID injections, designed to foreshorten lifespans and sever soul-level connections –
“We were a whole other version of humanity before they genetically modified us to be the way we are. Because, we are creators. And, when you’re directly connected to God…the information is unlimited. We are a former shell of ourselves, let’s put it that way. Cellular degeneration is another one. We used to live to be hundreds of years old.”
Kim mentions a “Population Control Center under Langley” that’s run by “the Order of the Black Sun,” they controlling the CIA, Vatican, Blackrock, etc. Kim says Bush Sr. was the head of the Order of the Black Sun while alive, which is a completely international operation,
“If you’re talking to the [Chinese] CCP, you’re talking to the Order of the Black Sun. So, military orders, the Jesuits…all these fall under the Order of the Black Sun.”
Ben mentions visiting Italy and meeting top Order of the Black Sun black nobility people who told him they,
“…took orders from an entity at the center of our galaxy that communicated with them through gamma waves. These people were definitely powerful. They told me they were going to fire the Pope and they fired the Pope.”
Kim says Russian, Ukranian and American Order of the Black Sun members were recently trying to create a financial windfall by collateralizing petroleum assets in the Russia-Ukraine region, but she seized the $980 billion in funds they garnered, thus cutting off funds they planned to use to get WWIII going.
At 24 minutes, Kim refers to Ben’s prior years conversations with Neil Keenan and others re: global finances, confirming the existence of what Ben concluded is a “rogue AI system” controlling the global banking system. Kim has said that ancient AI system – holding in place many negative dynamics, not just in the banking system – went belly-up in January of 2022, its 300 million year old “contract” having expired.

At 26 minutes, Kim explains that the Rockefellers and Rothschilds – and Soekarno, the Asian and Euro dragon families, the “Chinese Elders” et al – have always been TRUSTEES but not principals of the Global Repository. IE: of the World Trust off-ledger global banking system assets. She reports now being the Global Repository’s controller and principal, in an interim position intended to establish new trustees via her control of the QMS (Quantum Mapping System) and back-end “Alpha System.”
Like the former negative planetary AI system – the Omega System – these quantum AI systems tie into organic as well as inorganic ie: electronic systems. They can at least partially control human thoughts, emotions and energies as well as providing foundation level access to global communications, computer, internet and banking systems. Thus, these have all along been quantum AI systems of the type reported by many SSP veterans and featured in Star Wars lore.
At 28 minutes Ben asks if Kim controls the back-end Global Repository system,
“Yes, the Alpha system. It’s not just money. It’s a very sophisticated AI system. So was the other one, on the opposite side, which I did not have control over [the Dark AI Omega System active on Earth]. It finally dissipated within, probably, the past 30 days. And so, now, the whole front end of the system is basically running on whatever’s left.
So, the dark AI would’ve been tied to things like IBM’s Watson and DARPA, NSA. And that was the ultimate power that powered everything. That’s why it had so much processing power. Now, on the flip side, you have the Creator’s system. The light system, right? Only the Creator can create. And so, they had to get money and permission from who was sitting in this chair before me [Marduk].
Now, it controls things like Stargate, Starnet, the internet system…the base platform for all internet. The base platform for all telecomms. The base platform for all financial things. Right? And, this is the source of all of what you would call your off-ledger accounts and off-ledger gold. Now, this system controlled not only mined gold but all in-ground assets, everywhere. So, it has a lot of leverage and liens against everything.”
At 32 minutes, Kim explains that Marduk cut the Khazarian Mafia trustees from funding access in March of 2007 because “They had already leveraged everything.” The Lehman Brothers $20 trillion plus “Too big to fail” bailouts happened within a year. Kim,
